Feedback, such as information you provide, and content that you upload when you contact us with questions, feedback, upload attachments, or otherwise correspond with us online (including on our social media pages).
Payment Data, such as credit card number and expiration date, account number, and billing and shipping addresses.
Transaction Data, such as details about the products you browse and the purchases you make on our Site.
Engagement Data, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities and publications, and details about how you engage with our Site and communications.
Automatically Collected Data. We, our service providers and third party advertising partners use cookies, beacons, pixel tags and other tracking technologies to automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your activity over time on the Sites and other online services, including:

Advertising. We may also work with third party advertising partners who use cookies and similar technologies to deliver targeted advertising that is displayed on unaffiliated websites, to measure the effectiveness of advertising on behalf of our advertising partners, and to identify the audience most likely to respond to an advertisement. These advertisements are delivered by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your use of the Sites or your activity elsewhere online.

Compliance, fraud prevention, and safety. We may use your personal information as we believe necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities, and as we believe necessary or appropriate to: (a) protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims); (b) enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Site; and (c) protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity.

We may create anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data from your personal information and other individuals whose personal information we collect, by removing the information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. Sharing of Information:

Partner boutiques. When you purchase a product from a partner boutique, you direct us to share your information with the boutique for order shipping and fulfillment purposes.

Other users of the Site and social media. We may provide functionality that enables you to disclose personal information to other users of the Site or certain social media platforms. For instance, when you create a registry, users of the Site may locate your registry and view your name, registry items, and certain event details. We may also allow you to share your purchases and your registry information with social media platforms, such as Facebook. We do not control how other users or third parties use any personal information that you make available to other users or third party platforms.

We may also share personal information with third parties: (i) for our compliance, fraud prevention and safety purposes, including in connection with a court order, subpoena, government investigation, or when otherwise required by law; and (ii) in connection with, or during negotiation of, a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, or similar event.
 
Options:
Opt out of marketing communications. If at any time you wish to opt-out of future newsletters or other promotional emails, you may click the “unsubscribe” link in the email or otherwise contact us at . It may take up to 10 business days before you stop receiving promotional emails. This opt-out does not apply to operational communications, for example, order confirmation emails.

Access, update or delete information. If you have registered for an account with us, you may review and update certain personal information in your account profile by logging into the account. You may delete your account by contacting us at [email protected].

We will need to verify your identity to process your information, access and deletion requests and reserve the right to confirm your California residency. To verify your identity, we may require you to log into your Saint Lo account (if applicable), provide government identification, give a declaration as to your identity under penalty of perjury and/or provide additional information. Your authorized agent may make a request on your behalf upon our verification of the agent’s identity and our receipt of a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to California Probate Code Sections 4000-4465. If you have not provided your agent with such a power of attorney, you must provide your agent with signed permission to exercise your CCPA rights on your behalf, provide the information we request to verify your identity, and provide us with written confirmation that you have given the authorized agent permission to submit the request. Authorized agents are required by California law to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices to protect their clients’ information.
