RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Saint Lo purchase, but we understand if you don’t. We gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT only. All returned item(s) must meet the following requirements:
- For online purchases, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order
- Items must be unworn with tags on
In-store pick-up orders are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of purchase - not the date picked up. We process online returns as received. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Online returns may also be returned at our storefront within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returns that do not meet the required guidelines listed above will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returnees are responsible for creating and paying for their own shipping return label.
FINAL SALE
All accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, and discounted/sale items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
FULFILLMENT
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be fulfilled and may be from multiple fulfillment locations.
SHIPPING
We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
We ship weekly Monday - Friday and aim to get all orders out within 24 hours of your purchase. We do not ship on weekends.
We recommend signing up for all text updates on the USPS website for the most up-to-date tracking of your package.
